What to expect from us

• We will schedule our services weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as needed by you at a time that is most convenient for you and as required by your cash flow needs.
• We will operate from your office or ours, which ever is most convenient for you. If necessary, we will also visit your customer at his place of business to collect in person.
• We will conduct credit investigations for new and existing customers as needed either as part of our regularly scheduled services, or as a stand-alone service.
• We will not compromise amounts due without consulting with you unless the amount is below an established maximum. That is, we will not accept less that the amount invoiced without your approval.
